Here are listings I have found on the Web of statutes of various states and of Canada, that are online. If you could email me with additions, it would be most appreciated. Some interesting reported cases are here.
Other general legal information sites worth looking at are listed here:
World Wide Legal Information Association maintains an excellent legal site, and I am pleased to refer you to them.
Indiana University School of Law maintains a very comprehensive site:
The Family Law section is
excellent, and, in addition, they maintain an entire WWW Virtual Library
that has just about everything.
The American Bar Association quarterly magazine The Compleat Lawyer is a very interesting site, especially for smaller, more specialized practices.
Now, the various states:
Alaska Legal Resources Center (Statutes and Cases)
Arizona Statutes (All of them)
California Family
Law Table Of Contents
Use this first, to get section number, then
California Family Law Sections
Canada's Divorce Act (hypertext: VERY well laid out)
Florida Statutes (with search engine)
Florida's Divorce (Dissolution) and Custody Statute
New Jersey Divorce Statute(appears to be a "fault" jurisdiction)
New Jersey Child Custody Statute
New York Domestic Relations Statutes
If it's not listed above, the Washburn University School Of Law maintains an excellent listing of most of the states (I think they have all but three) so check out their listing located at:
Washburn University School of Law's main site (with considerable information) is located at:

Send Me Email if you can provide an additional site, thanks.
