I've spent more time than I thought I would, putting this all together, and I've covered about one-third of the material I'd like to cover. As I get to it, more chapters will be added.
Yes, we do it. Daily. We have a professional investigator in our office, and he's very good. We can find the guy. Then we can find out where he works or banks. Then we can collect the support. We need all the usual details, and we can arrange a fee and payment options.
Yes, we do it. Daily. We have forms for holding the custodial parent in contempt, getting visitation (and make-up visitation) underway immediately, so you don't lose a year of your child's life, waiting for a hearing.
If your divorce is truly uncontested, and you've got an agreement as to every issue, and you just plain need to get divorced, phone us, and we'll get it done for you, inexpensively.
If you and your ex want to transfer custody of a child from one parent to another, by agreement, either temporarily or permanently, but you want it done properly, without a DISASTER showing up a few years down the road because proper court orders were not filed, way back when, then phone us, and we can assist you.
